Single Port Underfloor Heating Manifold with Wilo Pump
The Single Port Underfloor Heating Manifold with Wilo Pump is a compact solution for a single-zone water underfloor heating system. It is ideal for smaller UFH installations where one heating circuit requires dedicated water circulation and controlled flow temperature.
The set combines a single-zone UFH manifold, Wilo Para KU A-Rated circulation pump and a thermostatic mixer/blending valve. The Wilo pump circulates water through the underfloor heating loop, while the blending valve regulates the water temperature entering the UFH circuit.
With an adjustable temperature range of 40°C to 60°C, this compact manifold and pump set provides a convenient solution for single-room water underfloor heating installations.

Ideal for Small Single-Zone UFH Systems
A single port underfloor heating manifold is ideal where only one UFH pipe circuit is required and a larger multi-port manifold would be unnecessary.
This makes the system particularly suitable for smaller individual areas such as a kitchen, bathroom, extension or other single room, provided the installation is designed within the specified system capacity.
How Does the Single Port Manifold Work?
Hot water from the primary heating system enters the mixing assembly. The thermostatic blending valve regulates the flow temperature before the water enters the underfloor heating circuit.
The Wilo Para KU pump then circulates the mixed water through the UFH pipe loop and back through the system.
The appropriate operating temperature should be set during installation and commissioning according to the floor construction, heat source and UFH system design.
