Unfortunately, we do not currently ship to Northern Ireland, Ireland, the Channel Islands or elsewhere across the world.

Our next-day delivery service

For all next working day deliveries, your order must be placed by 1pm on Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Orders placed with next-day delivery will be delivered the next working day – it is a whole day delivery slot.

(Next day delivery is not available to Scotland)

Pallet delivery of underfloor heating panels is a subject of availability. Usually is 1-2 working days.

Please always ensure your ‘next day deliveries’ are with you for the very next day, sometimes unforeseen circumstances, such as our third-party couriers not being able to deliver on time may hinder this. This is very rare, but we cannot be held responsible for the late delivery of an item, or any costs incurred by customers’ tradesmen unable to work. Please ensure you have your materials before booking any trades.

What time will my order come?

The time your order will come depends entirely on the courier. We can supply order tracking which will indicate an estimated time of which your products are set to arrive. If you haven’t received a tracking email for your order, please contact our customer services.

Would you like to delivery date?

Yes, we can happily change the delivery date of your order as long as the order hasn’t already been sent out. Please contact our customer service team.

Would you like to change delivery address after ordering?

Yes, we can change the delivery address of your order as long as the order hasn’t already been sent out.

Can I order to an address other than mine?

If your credit/debit card or other payment method has passed all of its security checks in the checkout, you can choose different shipping address then a  billing address.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can track your order by viewing your order page that is linked to your order confirmation email.
