Valve Actuator for Underfloor Heating Systems

The Valve Actuator is designed to control the flow of heating water to specific circuits in an underfloor heating manifold, opening or closing the circuit depending on whether heat is required. It provides efficient control and enhances the overall performance of your underfloor heating system.

The thermal actuator is a high-quality 4-wire motorised valve actuator designed for underfloor heating manifolds, heating zones, and other ON/OFF control applications.
It is available in 24V and 230V versions.

Wiring – 4 Wires (Colour-Coded)

Based on the wiring diagrams in the datasheet:

• BN (brown) – power

• BU (blue) – neutral

• BK (black) – auxiliary switch wire

• BK (black) – auxiliary return wire

This is a TRUE 4-wire actuator with an auxiliary microswitch.
The wiring diagrams on page 1 clearly show the 4 wires and their functions.

Installation Notes

• Do not use tools (only tighten ring nut manually)

• Cable must not be replaced

• Faulty actuators must be replaced as a complete unit

• Do not install the actuator below the valve body
