Our Wet UFH Overlay Kits are designed to streamline your installation process by providing all the essential components in a pre-configured package, eliminating the need to source individual parts. This High Output kit is engineered for optimal performance and is calculated for 150mm pipe spacing.

• Pre-Made System:
  Our kits are fully assembled to ensure an efficient installation process. The EPS400 overlay panels are thermally insulated and designed for easy retrofitting; they can be installed directly onto an existing subfloor without the need for a flexible latex self-leveling compound, and are immediately ready for final flooring.

• Versatile Flooring Compatibility:
  The system can serve as a primary heat source depending on the room’s heat loss and is fully compatible with a wide range of floor coverings, including carpet, vinyl, laminate, engineered wood, and tiles.

• Single-Zone Application:
  These kits are intended for single-zone use. Should you require a multi-zone setup, additional actuators, thermostats, and a wiring centre must be purchased separately.

• Premium Components:

• Brass manifold kit with a Grundfos A-rated pump and 16mm Eurocone connections
• EPS400 20mm overlay panels configured for 150mm pipe spacing
• 16mm Pert-Al-Pert pipe

• For installations exceeding 15m², a ball valve blending valve is included
• (Additional controllers such as thermostats, actuators, and wiring centres are available separately.)

Delivery Information:

Due to the size of the materials, orders are delivered on a pallet with a typical lead time of 1–2 working days.
