Our Wet UFH Overlay kits are pre-made to eliminate the need for you to determine the individual components required for your installation.

High Output kit includes EPS 400kPa overlay panels, which are thermally insulated, Designed for easy retrofitting, these panels can be installed onto an existing subfloor with no needed to use flexible latex self-leveling compound.

It is  ready for your final flooring.

They can serve as a primary heat source depending on the room’s heat loss and are compatible with all types of floor coverings, including carpet, vinyl, laminate, engineered wood, and tiles.

These kits are intended for single-zone use. If you need to split them into multiple zones, you will need to purchase an actuator and a thermostat for each zone, as well as a wiring centre.

Unlike many competitors, all our kits include premium brass nickel manifolds, Grundfos pumps, and Pert-Al-Pert pipes to ensure you have the best materials available.

Our Overlay system kits include the following items:

• Brass manifold Kit with Grundfos A-rated pump with 16mm Eurocones
• EPS400 20mm Overlay Panels 150mm pipe spacing.
• 16mm Pert-Al-Pert pipe
• Pipe cutter
• For all kits bigger then 15m2 Ball Valves Blending Valve

Due to the size of the materials, they will be delivered on a pallet with a 1-2-day delivery service.
