Our Low Profile Wet Underfloor Heating (UFH) Overlay Kits are meticulously designed to simplify your installation process by providing all necessary components in a pre-assembled package. This High Output kit features EPS400 overlay panels and 12mm PERT-AL-PERT pipes, ensuring efficient heating performance with minimal floor height increase.

• Pre-Assembled System:
  Our kits are configured to eliminate the need for sourcing individual components, streamlining the installation process.

• EPS400 Overlay Panels:
  These 16mm thick panels are thermally insulated and boast a high compressive strength of 400 kPa, making them suitable for various floor coverings, including carpet, vinyl, laminate, engineered wood, and tiles. Designed for easy retrofitting, they can be installed directly onto existing subfloors without the need for flexible latex self-levelling compounds, and are ready to receive the final flooring immediately after installation.

• 12mm PERT-AL-PERT Pipe:
  Our premium multilayer pipes combine the benefits of both metal and plastic, featuring an aluminium core that acts as an oxygen barrier and provides form stability. This design ensures higher heat output and flexibility, facilitating easy installation with minimal spring-back.

• Single-Zone Application:
  The kit is intended for single-zone use. For multi-zone installations, additional actuators, thermostats, and a wiring centre are required.

• Premium Components:
  Unlike many competitors, our kits include high-quality brass nickel manifolds and Grundfos A-rated pumps, ensuring durability and optimal performance.
