Product Warranty

All our underfloor heating products are backed by a warranty designed to safeguard against any defects in materials or craftsmanship. The duration of both our warranties and those provided by the manufacturers may vary depending on the specific product, typically ranging from 1 to 50 years. A detailed breakdown is provided below.

Please note that our guarantee does not extend to faults resulting from improper installation, accidental damage, misuse, or any subsequent damage that may occur during the installation process.

Should you encounter any issues with a product post-installation and we determine it to be faulty, we will undertake the necessary repairs or provide a replacement as per our product guarantee agreement. However, it’s important to understand that our liability is limited to this extent. Our product guarantee excludes any expenses related to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This includes but is not limited to the replacement of flooring, labor costs, or any other associated expenses.

Manifold – 5 years

Blending valve – 5 years

Connectors/ couplings – 5 years

Pert pipe – 50 years

Wiring centre – 1 year

Electric:
